Black Olive Tapenade

Made your own tapenade and you will never purchase ready-made again!

1 lb pitted black olives
5 anchovies
8 small capers
1 garlic clove
3 tablespoons olive oil

With its elegant red berries and toasted notes, Happy Vines Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect pairing.


Mince the garlic glove
Place olives, anchovies, minced garlic, capers and olive oil in blender
Blend until you reach a rather thin and homogenous mix
It’s ready!
You can make bigger batches and store tapenade in the refrigerator to use for different recipes (ask us!)
Serve with toasted baguette or crackers
